Vizija v kraju, a tudi v njem samem, tiha meja.

Prostor kot neskončna rast možnih točk. Možnost obstoja vsake točke je odvisna od tega, da je znotraj prostora toliko prostora, da izgubi značaj abstraktne splošnosti.

Zunanjost je sestavljena iz številnih točk, od katerih ima vsaka svojo notranjo vizijo, tiho in refleksivno ravnovesje med notranjim in zunanjim prostorom. Ideja prostora, notranjosti prostora, notranjosti zunanjosti v tihi meji, kjer so vse zaznave cepljene skupaj po zapovedih, to je podobah in pojavnostih, ki se prevajajo v figurativno mišljenje. Razmislek o dvoumnosti zaznave in iluziji tehnokratske resničnosti s tesnim soočenjem različnih poskusov zaznavanja prostora, ki je na ta način abstrakten, in konkretnosti resničnega prostora, prostora, ki biva okoli nas in v nas.

A vision within the place, but also within itself, a silent limit.

Space as an indefinite growth of possible points.The possibility of the existence of each point depends on there being such an inside space that it loses its character of abstract generality.

The outside is made up of many points each with their own inner vision, a silent and reflective balance between inner and outer space. An idea of space, of an inside of space, the inside of the outside in a silent boundary, where all perceptions are grafted together following precepts, that is, images and appearances that are translated into figural thought. A reflection on the ambiguity of perception and the illusion of technocratic veracity, through a close confrontation between various attempts to detect a space, rendered abstract in this way, and the concreteness of a real space, the space that dwells around us as well as within us.


Digitalna obdelava, fotografija, risanje in slikanje so za Giancarla Dell’Antonia osnova njegovega kompleksnega raziskovanja. Kot vizualni umetnik in oblikovalec pozorno dokumentira ozemlje in pokrajino, njene spremembe in preobrazbe, pri čemer razmišlja o dojemanju krajev pod vplivom medijev. Nestrpno gleda na iznakaženost urbanih in naravnih prostorov, zato s svojimi izraznimi sredstvi razmišlja o sodobni pokrajini in jo razume. Njegova dela so bila razstavljena na več nacionalnih in mednarodnih razstavah s podporo uglednih galerij, kot so Galleria Alberta Pane v Parizu, Galleria Biagiotti Arte Contemporanea v Firencah in Galleria Romberg Arte Contemporanea v Rimu, ter dosegla priznanje in odobravanje javnosti in kritikov.

Digital processing, photography, drawing, painting are for Giancarlo Dell’Antonia, the basis of his complex research. A visual artist and designer, he is attentive in documenting the territory and landscape, its changes and transformations, with reflections on the perception of places through the influence of the media. Intolerant of the defacement of urban and natural spaces, he uses his means of expression to reflect and understand the contemporary landscape. His works have been exhibited in several national and international exhibitions, with the support of qualified galleries such as Galleria Alberta Pane in Paris, Galleria Biagiotti Arte Contemporanea in Florence, Galleria Romberg Arte Contemporanea in Rome, achieving appreciation and acclaim from the public and critics.

Franco Marrocco se je rodil leta 1956 v Rocca d’Evandro (CE) in je direktor Akademije za likovno umetnost Brera, kjer vodi katedro za slikarstvo. Od njegove prve razstave leta 1978 je bilo organiziranih nešteto samostojnih in skupinskih razstav na nacionalni in mednarodni ravni, od Milana do Pariza, od Stockholma do Finske, od Palais d’Europe v Strasbourgu do Evropskega parlamenta v Bruslju (1998), od Dunaja (2009) do Los Angelesa in Mehike (2014-2015), če naštejemo le nekaj najprestižnejših prizorišč. Marrocco je nemirna in radovedna osebnost, eksperimentira z različnimi tehnikami, ne da bi si postavljal meje: od začetne figuralike je prešel od gostih barv, ki oddajajo energijo, do risb, navdihnjenih z „umetnim naturalizmom“, ki ga je umetnik sam poimenoval tako, ker je sestavljen iz prepleta znakov, ki spominjajo na namišljeni gozd, spomin, občutek narave.

Franco Marrocco was born in Rocca d’Evandro (CE) in 1956, he is Director of the Brera Academy of Fine Arts where he holds the chair of Painting. Since his first exhibition in 1978, there have been countless solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally, from Milan to Paris, from Stockholm to Finland, from the Palais d’Europe in Strasbourg to the European Parliament in Brussels (1998), from Vienna (2009) to Los Angeles and Mexico (2014 -2015), to name but a few of the most prestigious venues. A restless and curious personality, Marrocco experiments with different techniques without setting himself any limits: starting from the initial figuration, he moved on from dense colour that gives off energy, to drawings inspired by ‘artificial naturalism’, so called by the artist himself because it is made up of a weave of signs that recall an imaginary forest, a memory, a feeling of nature.
