Janja Kosi (1994) se v svojem delu navezuje na koncept prostora, v katerem domujejo podobe, in na pojmovanje domačnosti. Umetniško delo Predlog serviranja se navezuje na skandinavsko verigo Ikea, ki jo doživlja kot prostor sanjarjenja, saj lahko sestavljamo neskončno možnih kombinacij. Osnova umetniškega dela je struktura Ikeine zgradbe in prepoznavne barve, iz katerih gradi kompozicije, s katerimi se dotika vprašanj o pomenu potrošništva.
In her work, Janja Kosi (1994) deals with the concept of space inhabited by images and with the notion of homeliness. Her Serving Suggestions alludes to the Scandinavian chain Ikea, which she perceives as a space for daydreaming, as it allows the possibility of assembling an infinite number of combinations. The main component of this artwork is the structure of Ikea’s building and its recognizable colours; from these, she builds up compositions and touches on questions about consumerism.
