Vabimo Vas da se pridružite 15. mednarodni likovni nagradi Ex-tempore Ptuj Karneval 2023. Zdaj že tradicionalna likovna nagrada, ki se odvija v času pusta v najstarejšem slovenskem mestu je do danes, v letih 2003, 2004 in nato od leta 2011 do 2022 privabila na Ptuj skoraj 1300 likovnikov iz Slovenije, Italije, Avstrije, Nemčije, Romunije, Hrvaške, Japonske in drugod.
Največjo likovna prireditev v pustnem času, organizira KUD Art Stays, skupaj z Mestno občino Ptuj, Javnim zavodom za turizem Ptuj in ostalimi sponzorji. Tematika je karnevalsko obarvana, slikarjem pa je prepuščena tudi prosta tema.

We kindly invite you to join the International Art Prize Ex-tempore Ptuj Carnival 2023, held in the oldest Slovenian town of Ptuj. Until today, in 2003, 2004 and then from 2011 to 2022 it gathered almost 1300 artists, coming from all over Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Romania, Croatia, Japan and elsewhere.
The biggest art event in the carnival period is organised by Art Stays, together with the Municipality of Ptuj, Public Tourist Institute, and other sponsors. The theme of the contest is the carnival, but there is also possible to participate in the category of the open theme.

Vpisnina znaša 15 evrov (10 eur za dijake, študente in upokojence). Udeleženci jo plačajo najkasneje do 7. februarja 2023 z nakazilom na TRR odprt pri banki NLB št.: SI 56 02150-0255064888, namen EX-TEMPORE 2023.
Tema: karneval, kurent, pustne maske, pomlad in prosta tema.
Vsak udeleženec sme prijaviti in oddati največ eno likovno delo. Format slikarske podlage: ne manjši kot 40×40 cm in ne večji kot 100x100cm. Format malih plastik največ 60x60x60cm, max. teža 10kg.
Oddaja del: Oddaja del prvega kroga ocenjevanja poteka preko spleta. Fotografijo likovnega dela nam pošljete najkasneje do 7. februarja 2023 (do 24.00) po elektronski pošti na naslov extemporeptuj@gmail.com. Prosimo za kvalitetno fotografijo likovnega dela v višji resoluciji (min. 150x150mm, 350 dpi). Ime datoteke naj vsebuje: ime, priimek, naslov dela (primer: Janez Novak, Maska). V primeru tridimenzionalnega dela (kip, relief ipd.) prosimo za min. 3 fotografije (ena od teh v visoki ločljivosti). Pomembno je da fotografije prispejo na elektronski naslov do torka 7. februarja 2023 (do 24.00).
Prvi krog izbora likovnih del bo opravila mednarodna strokovna žirija v sredo 8. februarja in izbrane avtorje tudi nemudoma obvestila o izboru v drugi krog. Izbrana dela v prvem krogu bodo avtorji morali dostaviti ali poslati preko pošte na naslov Galerija mesta Ptuj, Prešernova ulica 29, 2250 Ptuj, najkasneje do sobote, 11. februarja 2023 (do 17.ure.). Drugi krog izbora dobitnikov nagrad in priznanj bo opravila mednarodna strokovna žirija v soboto 11. februarja 2023.
V SOBOTO, 11. FEBRUARJA MED 9.00 IN 16. URO VABIMO VSE “SLIKARSKE ŠPRINTERKE IN ŠPRINTERJE”, KI NE BODO ODDALI DELA PREKO SPLETA DO 7. FEBRUARJA, NA PLEIN -AIR SLIKARSKI DOGODEK V STARO MESTNO JEDRO PTUJA, POLNEGA RAZNOLIKIH MASK. VSI, KI BODO SVOJE PLATNO ZAČELI IN KONČALI NA PTUJU (žigosanje praznih platen med 9. in 10. uro v Galeriji Art Stays, Slovenski trg 1, Ptuj), BODO UVRŠČENI V DRUGI KROG IN NA RAZSTAVO FINALISTOV NAGRADE. PROSIMO DA OB PRIJAVI OZNAČITE, ČE SE BOSTE UDELEŽILI PLEIN-AIR DOGODKA. Vsi sodelujoči se morajo prijaviti v tem obrazcu in poravnati prijavnino.
Vsak avtor zagotavlja, da je oddano delo njegovo avtorsko delo in da je bilo ustvarjeno v letu 2023, ter da ni bilo nikoli razstavljeno ali objavljeno na spletu oz. drugje.
Prispele fotografije lahko organizator takoj uporabi za namene promocije likovne nagrade in Kurentovanja 2023. Objavljen bo tudi katalog vseh prispelih del.
Virtualna razstava vseh prispelih del bo objavljena na spletni strani www.artstays.si, razstava finalistov nagrade bo postavljena v Galeriji Magistrat med 13. februarjem in 2. marcem 2023. Organizator razstave ne prevzema odgovornosti za morebitne poškodbe ali druge škode razstavljenih del. Vsako delo mora biti opremljeno in pripravljeno za razstavo. Na hrbtni strani morajo biti navedeni naslednji podatki: ime in priimek ter poštni naslov avtorja, elektronska pošta in telefonska številka. Naveden mora biti tudi naslov likovnega dela, tehnika in prodajna cena (bruto, v eur).
Otvoritev razstave in podelitev nagrad bo v soboto, 18. februarja 2023, ob 10.00 v Galeriji Magistrat v Mestni hiši na Ptuju (Mestni trg 1, 2250 Ptuj).
Mednarodna strokovna žirija bo podelila veliko odkupno nagrado Grand Prix Mestne občine Ptuj v višini 1.000,00 eur, 2 (dve) odkupni nagradi MO Ptuj v višini 550,00 eur, nagrado za najbolj izvirnega kurenta v višini 150,00 eur, nagrado Galerije FO.VI in Galerije LUNA, priznanja strokovne žirije in druge odkupne ter praktične nagrade. Preko spleta bo omogočeno glasovanje za nagrado občinstva v višini 150,00 eur. Vse nagrade so v bruto zneskih. Dobitniki odkupnih nagrad so dolžni odstopiti likovna dela ne glede na določeno prodajno ceno.
Razstava likovnih del bo postavljena v Galeriji Magistrat.
SPREMEMBA! Vsa razstavljena dela bodo sodelujoči avtorji lahko prevzeli v Galeriji mesta Ptuj, Prešernova ulica 29, Ptuj med 6. in 18. marcem 2023 med 10. in 15. uro, po predhodni najavi na tel: 051 346 983, ali med 19. in 31. marcem v delovnem času Galerije mesta Ptuj (www.galerijamp.si). Dela, ki jih avtorji ne bodo prevzeli do petka 31. marca 2023, postanejo last organizatorja.

Each participant is allowed to apply and submit a maximum of one work of art. Painting format: not less than 40 × 40 cm and not larger than 100x100cm. Sculpture format maximum 60x60x60cm, max. weight 10kg.
Submission of works: This year, the submission of the first round of works takes place online. Send us a photo of the artwork no later than February 7, 2023 by e-mail to extemporeptuj@gmail.com. We ask for a quality photo of the artwork in a higher resolution (min. 150x150mm, 350 dpi), the file name must contain the name, surname, title of the work – example: John Brown, Mask. The first round of the selection of works of art will be conducted by an international expert jury on Wednesday, February 8, and the selected authors will be immediately informed about the selection in the second round. Selected works to the second round will have to be delivered or sent by mail to the Ptuj City Gallery, Prešernova ulica 29, 2250 Ptuj, no later than Saturday, February 11, 2023 (until 17.00). The second round of selection of winners and awards will happen on February 11, 2023 in the evening.
ON SATURDAY 11 FEBRUARY BETWEEN 9.00 AND 16.00, WE INVITE ALL “PAINTING SPRINTERS” WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THEIR WORK ONLINE BY 7 FEBRUARY, TO A PLEIN-AIR PAINTING EVENT IN THE OLD TOWN OF PTUJ, FULL OF CARNIVAL SPIRIT. ALL THOSE WHO START AND FINISH THEIR CANVAS IN PTUJ (Stamping of blank canvases between 9 and 10 am at Art Stays Gallery, Slovenski trg 1, Ptuj) WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE SECOND ROUND AND THE FINALISTS’ EXHIBITION OF THE PRIZE. PLEASE INDICATE WHEN REGISTERING IF YOU WILL BE ATTENDING THE PLEIN-AIR EVENT. All entrants must sign this form and pay the entry fee.
Each author guarantees that the submitted work is his own work and that it was created in 2023, and that it has never been exhibited or published online or. elsewhere.
The organizer can immediately use the received photos for the purposes of promoting the art award and Kurentovanje 2023. A catalog of all received works will also be published.
A virtual exhibition of all submitted works will be published on the website www.artstays.si, the exhibition of the finalists will be set up in the Gallery Magistrat between 12 February and 2 March 2023. The exhibition organizer does not accept responsibility for any damage or other damage to the exhibited works . Each work must be equipped and prepared for the exhibition. The following information must be provided on the back: the author’s name and postal address, e-mail and telephone number. The title of the work of art, technique and selling price (gross, in euros) must also be stated.
The opening of the exhibition and the award ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 10 am in the Gallery Magistrat at the Ptuj City Hall, Mestni trg 1, Ptuj.
The international expert jury will award the Grand Prix of the Municipality of Ptuj in the amount of 1,000.00 euros, 2 (two) redemption prizes of the Municipality of Ptuj in the amount of 550.00 euros, the prize for the most original Kurent in the amount of 150.00 euros, the prize of the FO .VI and LUNA Gallery, expert jury awards and other redemption and practical prizes. Voting for the audience award in the amount of 150.00 euros will be available online. All prizes are in gross amounts. Winners of redemption prizes and the Grand Prix are obliged to donate works of art regardless of the set selling price.
The exhibition of works of art will be set up in the allery Magistrat in Ptuj.
UPDATE! All exhibited works will be available for collection by the participating authors at the Ptuj City Gallery, Prešernova ulica 29, Ptuj between 6 and 18 March 2023 between 10 am and 3 pm, by prior arrangement on tel.: 051 346 983, or between 19 and 31 March during the opening hours of the Ptuj City Gallery (www.galerijamp.si). Works not collected by Friday 31 March 2023 will become the property of the organiser.
