Ratko Divjak je s kultnimi bendi oral ledino jugoslovanskega rocka. 40 let je bil bobnar v Big Bandu RTV Slovenija, njegovo igranje je zabeleženo na prek 10.000 posnetkih. V zadnjih letih kot uveljavljen jazz glasbenik deluje tako na domačem glasbenem prizorišču kot tudi v sosednjih državah.
V triu ob njem sodelujeta še kitarist, komponist in producent Igor Bezget ter kontrabasist Nikola Matošić. Uveljavljena glasbenika že desetletja bogatita domač in mednarodni kulturni prostor; njuno glasbo najdemo na več kot 100 nosilcih zvoka.
Glasba tria temelji na izvirnih in svežih interpretacijah tako standardnega jazzovskega repertoarja kakor tudi originalnih kompozicij sodelujočih nastalih prav za to zasedbo.
Ratko Divjak ploughed the Yugoslav rock scene with his iconic bands. For 40 years, he was the drummer in the RTV Slovenia Big Band, and his playing has been recorded on over 10,000 recordings. In recent years, he has been an established jazz musician both on the domestic music scene and in neighbouring countries.
His trio includes guitarist, composer and producer Igor Bezget and double bassist Nikola Matošić. For decades, these two renowned musicians have been enriching the national and international cultural space; their music can be found on more than 100 recordings.
The trio’s music is based on original and fresh interpretations of both the standard jazz repertoire and original compositions by the participants written especially for this ensemble.
